Alabama's worthiness for the College Football Playoff was debated intensely after the selection committee penciled them into the No. 4 seed despite the lack of a conference championship game appearance. Bulldogs quarterback Aaron Murray threw a pass that was deflected but caught by wide receiver Chris Conley. He is an instinctive linebacker and Georgia will move him around in the tackle box to free him to run to the ball.
If Alabama wins, then Nick Saban will tie the legendary coach Bear Bryant for most national titles.
The last time Georgia defeated Alabama was in 2007 when the Bulldogs defeated the Crimson Tide, 26-23, in Tuscaloosa.
Now he is going to a party to watch the game Monday night and will be the only one there supporting the Crimson tide.
