Mid-budget smartphone is gaining a high demand in the tech market.
The range starts with the Alcatel 1X, which the company says is the first device with an 18:9 screen costing less than Euro 100. The reason why Nokia 1 matters to us is because it runs on Google's Android Oreo Go operating system.
It sports a 12MP rear camera and a dual-front 13MP + 5MP camera setup. Alcatel refers to it as "Face Key". It happens to be the first Go Edition phone from the house of ZTE. Xiaomi's Redmi 5A is likewise a decent alternative and has relatively comparative specs as the 10Or D Smartphone, however, run Xiaomi's restrictive MIUI 9. While the Play Store on such phones will highlight apps which occupy less storage, users can download all apps on their phones. There is a fingerprint sensor placed at the rear end.
The Alcatel 1T 7 Wi-Fi tablet also comes with an incredibly pocketable form factor and lightweight body, weighing in at 245g and measuring 9.15mm thin, making it ideal for sharing the device within the home. Some may find themselves forever polishing it.
3X Alcatel got the HD+ display on 5.7 inch, dual main camera on 13 and 5 MP with a coverage angle of 120 degrees, the Mediatek chip MT6739, 3 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM. We got a chance to try it out at MWC and were impressed by the vibrant colours on screen. This version of Android has been optimized to provide a smooth experience on low-end handsets with less than 1GB of RAM. Moving further, an inbuilt battery of 3,260 mAh that supports Qi wireless charging and will be the fastest charging device, that is in 30minutes 50% of the battery will be charged. Both camera modules are accompanied with an LED flash so it will be able to capture images even in poor lighting. Front camera of 5 MP plus flash. While we're still missing a lot of details, the 1X is an interesting Android Go-powered smartphone nonetheless.

One of the more exciting reveals at MWC was Nokia 1.
The 4.5-inch mobile fits snugly in the palm of your hand, and you can inject some personality into it by clipping an Xpress-on cover onto the back. This one features Google's AI assistant running on a 1.1 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210, 1 GB of RAM and only 8 GB of storage with a 5.0 screen with a display of 854×480 FWVGA.
