The 2019 RAV4 is actually shorter and wider than its predecessor. It'll definitely be more appealing to a younger, family-focussed demographic.
The Toyota RAV4 is the brand's best-selling model in the US these days, meaning the importance of this fourth-generation version can not be overstated.

The new Dynamic Torque Vectoring All-Wheel Drive system can send 50 percent of engine torque to the rear wheels, plus distribute it to the left or right rear wheel.
As compared to the fourth generation in terms of styling, Toyota focused on improving visibility for the driver. Some standard safety includes a total of eight airbags, pre-collision warning with pedestrian detection, lane departure alert with steering assist, and the new lane tracing assist.
