Three militants launched a strike on the police headquarters in Riau province of Indonesia on Wednesday and one attacker was shot dead, national police spokesman Muhammad Iqbal said.
Yet another suspected terrorist attack occurred in Indonesia this morning - the first since the explosions in five sites in East Java on Sunday and Monday - this time the target being the Riau Provincial Police headquarters in the Riau capital of Pekanbaru.
"Three officers were injured and one later died in hospital", said local police chief Nandang, who goes by one name, AFP reported.
