The full video of Ariana Grande performing her new song "thank u, next" for the first time has arrived!
The singer was looking gorgeous in white for a "First Wives' Club"-inspired performance of the viral track she released within an hour of the return of "Saturday Night Live" this past weekend".
Midway through the song, she climbed on top of a chair and stumbled as she stepped down from it, but she literally laughed it off, breaking up the verse with an "Oh my god" and laughing during a couple of the following lines.
"This one gon" last / "Cause her name is Ari / And I'm so good with that", she sang without missing a note, adding a self-deprecating chuckle. "Holding hands with my mama", she sang, through tears. "Thought I'd end up with Sean/But he wasn't a match/Wrote some songs about Ricky/Now I listen and laugh/Even nearly got married/And for Pete I'm so thankful/Wish I could say "Thank you" to Malcolm/'Cause he was an angel", she sings.
The tracks, including one called "Cadillac" and another called "Champagne", have since been taken down.
At the end of the performance, Grande, Parx and Monet all put on white winter coats before heading into the crowd and up the stairs, with DeGeneres later joking about Grande's quick exit.
"I thought we were supposed to exit", Grande says, apologizing for the mishap.
'I know some of you are curious about the break up but the truth is it's nobody's business and sometimes things just don't work out and that's okay, ' he said.
